Our next visit is to plan a budget with our clients. Securing a mortgage is not the only number our clients need to calculate. They must work with a budget to include other fixed costs/expenses for their daily lives. Making a list of all the costs, hidden costs (moving, decorating, furnishing a home), which must be accounted for before the client proceeds for a mortgage approval.

Our clients are then referred to mortgage professionals. We have contacts with Bank mortgage specialists. If our clients prefer to work with their banks, we can refer them to Bank specialists who they can call without having to visit the branch. We have several mortgage specialists who have access to other lenders besides the banks. All our mortgage specialists are licensed, who we have worked with over the years. We are confident that they will take care of our clients just as we do.

We conduct a thorough search for potential properties that meet my client's criteria, leveraging our knowledge of the local real estate market.

After identifying potential properties, we work with our clients to narrow down the options. We provider guidance and advice based on our expertise in the industry and our understanding of their needs.

Once a shortlist of properties has been established, we arrange for our clients to view the properties in person, providing additional insights and advice as needed.

Selecting the property is one step. We will negotiate the best deal for our clients ensuring the price is right, with an appropriate closing date. We ensure to add all the necessary clauses to the agreement to protect our client’s interest.
